hmmm... I'd have to say the hellsing crew, primarily because of Seras' and (especially) Alucard's vampiric abilities coupled with their enhanced speed and reflexes.
Hmmm... Hellsing Ultimate vs. Soul Eater.
KHR vs. YYH
I honestly don't know. KHR has better speed and precognition, but YYH has better destructive capabitlies.
