Im Hyo Sung was a basketball star when he confessed he was a fan of Shoo before meeting her. This all began when he saw SES perform. Shoo was his first, and most likely last, celebrity crush. He even said, "I put up her picture in my locker room and thought, ‘I’m going to marry her."
Park Hae Il and Seo Yoo Seon
Park Hae Il was a stage actor before he was on screen. His wife was a fan who loved his stage work and was working to become a scriptwriter. Park Hae Il said, when he met his wife, “I was captivated by this woman who came to see me perform on stage. I was going through economically tough times. She had part-time jobs, and bought me a lot of drinks. Eventually, I succumbed to her charms and married her,” which is super cute. And he was never afraid to be open about their relationship. They dated for six years before getting married, and now have a gorgeous son.
Cha Seung Won and Lee Soo Jin
Even though he wasn't a top star when they married, Lee Soo Jin noticed his charms from an early age. Their first meeting was when in a club when she was in college, with fours years his senior, and he was in high school. Their parents were against their marriage, and they couldn't even have a wedding. They sure went through a lot for love!
Lee Ji Ah and Seo Tae Ji
Lee Ji Ah had met Seo Tae Ji at his concert in 1993. Three years later, Seo Tae Ji left Korea to live in America indefinitely. The pair married the following year and stayed that way until she filed for divorce in 2006.
Chae Rim and Lee Seung Hwan
Chae Rim is a longtime fan of the singer and businessman Lee Seung Hwan, the one who discovered and trained Park Shin Hye. The pair was never married on paper, but had a wedding in 2003. It didn't last long, with the two splitting in 2006. In 2014, Chae Rim married Gao Xingqi.
Lee Sae Joon and Kang Kyung Jin
Ballad singer Lee Sae Joon had been a radio show host that started his career. Whenever his show was on air, he would receive a box of homemade cookies and a letter from a fan by the name of Sae Joon Baragi. Later, she attended a concert and identified herself as Sae Joon Baragi. He gave her an autograph and they went on their ways. A few years later, they met again on accident and ended up marrying! “The best part of marrying a fan is that she understands 100% of the work I do and cheers for it,” Lee Sae Joon had said. Hwan Jung Min and Kim Mi Hye
It's difficult to say Hwan Jung Min married his fan, when it would be better to say he married his star! They went to the same high school and both starred together in the musical Cats. He was a poor actor, but kept giving her flowers everyday to ope up her heart. They married in 2004 and had a son. Kim Mi Hye became a musical producer and has said that her husband has given her the biggest courage and strength!
Yoon Soo Il and Kim Sun Shim
Singer Yoon Soo Il had been in the hospital by his mother's side, spending as much time with her as he could, because she had cancer and was given six months left. Fans had brought flowers and food to the hospital. His wife came empty-handed, but stayed the longest. Her care and support helped his mother to live for six more years.
Lee Sung Min
Lee Sung Min of Misaeng started as a por actor, and slept in the theater. He used to think of marriage as a luxury. His wife sought after him, never giving up and eventually they married. It took him 25 years to reach stardom, but his wife never left his side.

Mir of MBLAQ didn't marry his fan, but almost did! When he was 19, a fan asked to marry him and he nonchalantly agreed. He was surprised to see her later with a marriage certificate with her's and her parents' signatures on it!

Hyeri of Girls' Day has said many times she's a huge fan of Hyun Bin. While she didn't marry him, she starred in Hyde, Jekyl and I with Hyun Bin. The ironic part? She played a girl who's hopelessly in love with Hyun Bin!
