I love sooooooo~~~much this kind of exercise! When I prepared a college of kinesiology entrance test in late teens, my P.E. teacher highly recommended "Weight training". In his opinion, it is the best and the fastest way to make a toned body and attractive body line. I am sure that the remarkable effect of weight training as the one of those who got benefit from the workout. A metabolic rate increase for more than 36 hours after weight training. In the other words, we can burn up calories in our daily lives without everyday workout, but the effect is required every other day weight training for a month!
