[ Weight Loss Smoothie # 5 ] - Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
100-Calorie Pumpkin Pie Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (add half a banana if you’d like).
All of these for only 100 calories, amazing. Wasn't very into it since I would never drink a smoothie that is called Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, but this seems more than reasonable.
