ScreenStudio 3.0.6 for Windows is available.
Consider this release as highly unstable and experimental. You can dowload the binaries from the main website in the Windows section.
Make sure that Java 8 is installed on your Windows computer, unzip the archive and double-click on the ScreenStudio.jar file.
It should work as for Ubuntu.
Of course, a real installer will eventually be created.
Please report any issues and if you are stuck, use the Task manager to kill ScreenStudio or FFMpeg if something goes wrong.
