Melt the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on moderately low heat. Add the gram flour, coconut, walnuts (keep some aside for garnishing), and nutmeg. Ingredients • Gram flour (sifted) 2 cups • Ghee 3/4 cup • Coconut(nariyal), dried 2 tbsp • Walnuts(badaam), chopped 2 tbsp • Nutmeg(jaiphal), ground a pinch • Sugar 3/4 cup Cooking Directions 1. Melt the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on moderately low heat. 2. Add the gram flour, coconut, walnuts (keep some aside for garnishing), and nutmeg. 3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Add sugar and continue to cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until the mixture is thick and golden brown. 5. Transfer the mixture to a clean, flat surface. 6. When cool enough to handle, shape into 24 equal-sized balls. 7. Garnish with the remaining coconut and walnuts and serve.
