As you all know, Michelin starred restaurants are the best in the world. Many are very very expensive. I was lucky to eat at Sukiyabashi Jiro this summer, enjoying the most expensive and delicious meal I will ever have. Now, a hole in the wall in Hong Kong with dishes for less than $1.50 has become the worlds cheapest michelin-starred restaurant. Tim Ho Wan can seat only 20 people, and is around 350 dollars cheaper than other comparable restaurants. Only a few hundred restaurants in the world have earned a star and only 81 have three.
