Every time I used my Weber grill, it's usually the same. I wanted to try grilling something a bit more creative with indirect heat. Adopting a recipe by Gordon Ramsay, his Beef Wellington, I thought about a way of using pork instead of beef... and this is what I came up with... "Parmesan & Prosciutto stuffed Pork" Man-O-Man...it was GOOD!

@curtisb it's a big chuck of samgyeopsal before being sliced into thin layers called 통삼겹살 @JohnLee maybe I will someday haha
