As the weather is drastically changing some ppl are getting sick! I have some tips to help you recover when sick! Check it out!

SICK DAY ROUTINE

My Tips

1. Stay hydrated and drink water 2. Brush teeth and use mouth wash 3. Cough drops ate useful 4. Don't wait to see a doctor 5. Don't use old tissue! 6. Vitamin C is needed! 7. WASH YOUR HANDS 8. TSP of honey help soothes sore throats 9. BUNDLE UP! 10. REST UP!

Eating marshmallows will help with a sore throat also. The gelatin coats the throat.
