It seems that the smallest changes are enough to break you out of a weight loss slump: 1. drink more water 2. cut down on non-water beverages 3. stairs not elevator 4. get off the bus or train one stop early and walk the extra stop 5. stand up and move around for 20 minutes instead of sitting at your desk
