Recently I went for a hike it what felt like a long time.
Sure, it broke up my weekend routine that I quite like (meeting a friend, going to a cafe, doing a bit of work, etc) but it was worth it.
I felt invigorated the whole rest of the day! I wanted to walk more and most definitely hike the next weekend.
So what I'm saying is, just take one day and try something new or something you haven't done in a while. You'll be surprised how much it will make you want to change up your routine - and then commit!
