http://UDskam.com/kinosurvey Today is day 3 of the transformation challenge and I'm doing just fine. The beginning is always the easiest because you're super motivated. It's all about how you handle yourself when you over indulge in food or if you miss a gym workout. How do you rebound and get back on track? Today will be the first test. I'll be going to Benihana for dinner and I'm addicted to their fried rice. I usually get double fried rice but since I'm doing keto, I've cut out all the carbs.
