-What's an oc
-Talking to them
-Is it crazy
-how does it help?

An Oc is a character that you make up wether it's for a story or a roleplay. So basically Oc is another word for character.

Just like narrating in your head to practice details. Alot of people talk to their characters become connected to their characters to become more aware of who they are, and what kind of people they are. I feel like a lot of my characters are apart of me. They're different part of my personalities. It might souns crazy, but that's the thing that helps me understand them. Getting to know them is like getting to know me, and it also helps you understand how they would respond to certain things.

My friend likes to tell me. "You know they're not actually real right?" I know they are not phsycally real, but to say they are not real at all. Is wrong as well. They are real, because I am real. They have emotions and thoughts just like i do. It's just usually the one's that I didn't know that I had. Perspectives you don't usually agree with, but start to understand because of where your character comes from. I think talking to your character is helpful in alot of ways, and you should always keep them in mind, and out.

Depending on who you ask, OC either stands for original creation or own character. That's how I remember it.
