Thanks to the video for "Shape of You", I have new inspiration for a fun workout. My three year old son and I have been learning the choreography for each of these songs, working on a different one each day of the week. It's a lot of fun, and it's a beast of a workout (but just so much fun!).
Just watch a couple and see if you don't feel like getting up and trying a matter of fact, I challenge you to try it!!!
