This simple smoothie is perfect to kick the winter blues and get back into the swing of things.
8 oz water (try coconut water too!)
2 mangoes or bananas
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced finely
Add it all in a blender, blend till smooth, and enjoy!
