Yoseob Responds To Hyunseung's Apology?
Three days ago Hyunseung from Beast posted a very long apology about his behavior towards the end of his time as a member of Beast: “During the past seven years, as part of BEAST before I left the group, I received a lot of love,” he wrote. “Since I was young, I thought that the people who sing and dance on TV were really cool, so I embraced my big dream and trained for five years. Through a good opportunity, I was able to debut as BEAST with my members. After debuting, it seemed like I’d realized my dream, but while promoting there were things I was uncomfortable with and a thirst for music that couldn’t be resolved. Rather than focusing on group promotions and building teamwork, I was stubborn about my own affairs. Even when I listened to what other people had to say, I’d immediately focus again on my own stubbornness and pride, so I made it hard for my members and the other people around me. The wall between me and the members built up slowly and instead of choosing harmony, I chose to grow distant.I slowly lost the ability to control myself and showed bad attitude in public, including on stage. I thought that immature image of myself was me enjoying my youth. I thought all that was me being cool. Now that I look back on it, I am deeply regretful. It was difficult for me to say that I was sorry because of my stubbornness and needless pride. But after leaving the group, I experienced a lot of things and went through a hard time. After laying down my pride, I could finally hit the floor that I was stubbornly holding out from, and from that floor I came to a realization and became free. I have only given scars to other people. I now understand how my carelessness and selfish decisions hurt other people so I really want to say I’m sorry to those people. I’m sorry.” translation via soompi! He posted a photo on Instagram along with this apology, and his photo is on the right. Yeoseob, his former group member, posted the photo on the left yesterday with no caption. It was deleted soon after it was posted. Notice how its the same location, just different times? Some people are saying its a coincidence and Yoseob was just catching the awesome looking cloud, but personally the fact that its SO similar (and the Han river is really big so the chances of him taking it at almost the exact same spot is pretty rare considering how long with bridge is) makes me think its intentional. Yoseob was the one who actually introduced Hyunseung to Cube so they have a very special connection (other than being group mates for so long and being friends regardless of career dream differences) So to me, I see this as an acceptance of Hyunseung's apology, and I hope the boys all feel a little more at peace.

5 Common Phone Problems and How to Fix Them in Oxford, UK
As our reliance on smartphones continues to grow, it's becoming increasingly frustrating when they don't work as they should. From battery issues to cracked screens, there are a number of phone problems that can leave us feeling helpless. Fortunately, if you're based in Oxford, UK, there are plenty of services available to help you get your phone back up and running. In this article, we'll take a look at the five most common phone problems and provide you with some simple solutions to fix them. Whether you're struggling with a frozen screen or a phone that won't charge, we've got you covered. So, grab your phone, and let's get started! Problem 1: Cracked Screen A cracked screen is a common problem that can happen to any phone. It can be caused by a fall, a bump, or even just a slight knock. The good news is that it's usually fixable, and there are plenty of services in Oxford, UK, that can repair your phone screen. The first thing you should do if your phone screen cracks is to stop using it immediately. A cracked screen can cause further damage to your phone and even hurt your fingers if there are any sharp edges. Next, take your phone to a reputable repair service in Oxford, UK, and have them take a look at it. They will usually be able to repair your screen within a few hours, and you'll have your phone back to its former glory in no time. If you can't get to a repair service right away, there are some temporary fixes you can try. One option is to cover the crack with clear tape or a screen protector. This will prevent any further damage and keep your fingers safe. Another option is to use a DIY kit to repair the crack yourself. However, this is a risky option, and it's best to leave screen repairs to the professionals. Problem 2: Battery Life Another common phone problem is poor battery life. It's frustrating when your phone dies halfway through the day, and it can be even more frustrating if you're out and about and can't charge it. Fortunately, there are several things you can do to improve your phone's battery life. The first thing to do is to check your phone's settings. Many phones have a battery-saving mode that you can turn on to help conserve power. You can also adjust the brightness of your screen, turn off location services, and close any apps that you're not using. Another option is to invest in a portable charger. These small devices can be a lifesaver when you're on the go and need to charge your phone quickly. If you're still having battery problems, it could be time to replace your phone's battery. Most phones have a removable battery, which means you can easily replace it yourself. However, some newer phones have non-removable batteries, which can be more difficult to replace. In this case, it's best to take your phone to a repair service in Oxford, UK, and have them replace the battery for you. Problem 3: Slow Performance If your phone is running slowly, it can be frustrating to use. Apps take forever to load, and you're constantly waiting for your phone to catch up. Fortunately, there are several things you can do to speed up your phone's performance. The first thing to do is to clear out any unused apps or files. Over time, your phone can become cluttered with apps and files that you don't use, which can slow it down. You can also clear your phone's cache, which can help speed up its performance. Another option is to turn off any animations or visual effects on your phone. These can look great, but they can also slow down your phone's performance. If you're still having problems with slow performance, it could be time to update your phone's software. Most phones have regular software updates that can improve performance and fix bugs. You can check for updates in your phone's settings or take your phone to a repair service in Oxford, UK, and have them update the software for you. Problem 4: Water Damage Water damage is one of the most common phone problems, and it can happen to anyone. Whether you drop your phone in the sink or get caught in the rain, water can cause serious damage to your phone. The first thing to do if your phone gets wet is to turn it off immediately. This will prevent any further damage to your phone's internal components. Next, take your phone to a repair service in Oxford, UK, as soon as possible. They will be able to assess the damage and determine if your phone can be repaired. In some cases, the damage may be too severe, and you'll need to replace your phone. However, if you act quickly, there's a good chance that your phone can be saved. If you can't get to a repair service right away, there are some things you can do at home to try and save your phone. One option is to place your phone in a bowl of uncooked rice. The rice will absorb any moisture and may help dry out your phone. Another option is to use a hairdryer on a low heat setting to dry out your phone. However, be careful not to overheat your phone, as this can cause further damage. Problem 5: Software issues Software issues can be frustrating to deal with, and they can happen to any phone. Whether your phone is frozen or apps are crashing, there are several things you can do to fix software issues. The first thing to do is to restart your phone. This can help clear out any temporary files or processes that may be causing the issue. You can also try clearing your phone's cache or uninstalling any recently installed apps. If you're still having problems, it could be time to update your phone's software. Most phones have regular software updates that can fix bugs and improve performance. If you're still having problems with software issues, it's best to take your phone to a repair service in Oxford, UK. They will be able to diagnose the issue and provide you with a solution. Sleep Can Protect Against Alzheimer's Disease
Sleep is essential to both physical and mental wellbeing. We already know it strengthens memory, increases concentration levels, and can boost brainpower. But now there is evidence suggesting deep sleep could also provide protection from Alzheimer's disease, the most common form of dementia. Scientists from UC Berkeley have discovered that people with superior amounts of deep sleep tend to show less memory decline even when already possessing high levels of beta-amyloid in their brain. Scientists suspect that lack of deep sleep inhibits an important natural process for clearing away beta-amyloid and other toxic clumps of protein from the brain, leading them to build up over time. According to recent mouse research, researchers discovered that the slow brain waves associated with non-rapid eye movement sleep (NREM), including three stages including deep sleep, function as an effective form of dishwasher in eliminating protein clumps from mouse brain cells; when mice didn't get enough deep rest however, these cleaning mechanisms became disabled; similar mechanisms could cause human brain cells asleep from engaging their slow wave counterparts which activate this same mechanism and thus leading to amyloid plaque formation or other signs associated with Alzheimer's disease symptoms. Scientists from UC Berkeley conducted an in-depth analysis on data from 62 older adults who had participated in previous studies where they received sleep monitors to wear at home and underwent brain scans that revealed beta-amyloid deposits; those with higher amounts clogged their brains more, while those with less deposits performed significantly better on memory tests that required matching names to faces. Scientists also discovered that those with deeper sleep had reduced amounts of tau, another protein linked to Alzheimer's disease. It would be prudent to limit alcohol and caffeine in the evening, consume foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, get regular exercise, socialize regularly with others and remain mentally healthy. The Alzheimer's Association provides additional information regarding prevention and treatment. Their website also features an easy search tool that can help find local support groups near your location. Improving sleep habits may help individuals retain their memory and cognitive skills for longer, with hopes that this work may pave the way towards strategies to delay Alzheimer's. Depression, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other medical conditions may contribute to Alzheimer's development. Treating such issues is also vital. Sleep apnea treatment may include the use of continuous positive airway pressure machines or CPAP machines, such as ResMed AirMini or AirSense 10 Autoset. Symptoms of Alzheimer's disease may include confusion, difficulty walking and difficulty speaking. Should these symptoms present themselves immediately contact your healthcare provider immediately. Speaking with healthcare providers for additional guidance may also be beneficial.

Idols With A Cause
Hello Vingle Fam- In July of 2013, BEAST appeared on an episode of Happy Together and something rather amazing happened. I'm not talking about the members showing off their abs (though that was nice), I'm talking about this: The group's main vocalist, Yang Yoseob wore this purple bracelet, a gift from one of his fans, during the show's filming. After the broadcast, the website that sells these silicone bracelets actually crashed due the sudden influx in orders. So what's the big deal about these little bracelets? They are called Blooming Bracelets and they bring awareness to the plight of Comfort Women. "Comfort women were women and girls forced into prostitution to serve Japanese soldiers during World War II. Young women were abducted from their homes, or lured with promises of work in factories or restaurants. Once recruited, the women were incarcerated in “comfort stations” in foreign lands, deprived of their basic rights. Treated as little more than animals, they were forced to face several dozen men a day." All proceeds from the sale of the bracelets "go directly to the “Daegu Citizen Forum for Halmuni” to improve the well-being of comfort women." Of the documented Comfort Women, only 56 are still alive today, their average age is 90 years old. Weekly protests have been held in support of the Comfort Women outside of the Japanese embassy in Seoul for the past 21 years, despite which the Japanese Government has yet to issue a formal apology. Yoseob, who has been seen wearing the bracelet on many occasions since the broadcast, has been called "gaenyeomdol (an idol with social consciousness)" for using his celebrity status to bring awareness to this worthy cause. In addition, the chairperson of the Committee for the Prevention of Historical Distortion in Northeast Asia personally thanked the vocalist. His public support of woman's causes has not only labeled the singer as an idol who cares, but it has sparked a trend of social consciousness within the idol industry. In the years since Yoseob's appearance on Happy Family, many idols have also come out in support of the Comfort Woman's cause by wearing Blooming Bracelets. VIXX's Leo and BTOB's Minhyuk. SHINee's Taemin, Onew and Jonghyun. GOT7's JB and Jinyoung. Even rookie Taeyong of NCT fame has been spotted wearing the bracelets. The Blooming Project was started by a group of students at Korea University who wished to bring about awareness to the often overlooked issue of Comfort Woman. They established a brand called Heeum and created a website. They were inspired by the Livestrong bracelets sported by Lance Armstrong and set about creating an inexpensive bracelet that could help raise money for the cause. Since Yoseob and other idols started sporting the bracelets, the company has been able to expand to include Blooming bags and other goods and even hold events to educate the public on the issue. As multiple members of the project have noted, despite the plight of Comfort Women being an integral part of South Korea's history, many high school students and even adults were not aware of the issue prior to the public's knowledge of the Blooming Project. The bracelets sell for 2000 won ($1.68 USD) and can be purchased through the group's website, HERE.
