Good and healthy menu for your diet :) Ingredients: 1 cup cranberry juice 1 cup apple juice 1 cup sparkling water 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup maple syrup maple sugar (to garnish) 8 cinnamon sticks (to garnish) Directions: Mix the 5 first ingredients.
