Sistar Confirmed to Disband ㅠ~ㅠ

Words can't even express how sad I am right now...at first I didn't want to accept it but...*sobs* I fell in love with them the first time I heard Give It To Me three years ago and I just regret not knowing them sooner....I feel like they were on top of their game...I mean they were still making chart topping songs so this was a huge shock and I can't imagine how STAR1s who've supported them from the beginning feel

And now each member has personally confirmed the disbandment...

Hyolyn

To the STAR1s that have always loved and supported SISTAR. Hello, it's SISTAR's leader Hyolyn. It's already been 7 years since SISTAR debuted. The time I spent as SISTAR's Hyolyn along with SISTAR and my fans was a precious time that I wouldn't change for anything else. They were like a dream. Now, the SISTAR members will be going our own ways for our 2nd life. I want to sincerely thank our fans that let us know how happy and lucky we were to sing, to go on stage, to be loved, and to love others. We are putting behind a big sadness and supporting each other's dreams, and will be working our best to grow in our own areas. The members and STAR1, who I love, will remain forever in my heart. STAR1 are precious and have always given me abundant love and strength even though I was lacking. Thank you with all my heart. I love you..

Bora

STAR1, hello, it's SISTAR's Bora. I told fans every year that we should be happy, and I hope that you were all happy for the seven years you spent with us. The time that I spent with STAR1 and SISTAR members was happy and precious. I think that I couldn't show my sincerity to as much as people as I tried to, and my disappointment at not being able to do the best for you as SISTAR gets bigger. When fans told me they got strength from my brightness, I got stronger. I won't forget that and keep getting stronger. Even as I write this, I have so many memories. Now, the members have agreed to support our own road. But it's not that we won't get to see you again, so I'll work to be a good Yoon Bo Ra from now on. All the STAR1 that loved SISTAR and Bora, I was thankful and happy you were with us. Let's keep being happy. I love you ^^

Soyou

It's already been 7 years. I think I was happier during happy times and had it better during hard times because of the members and STAR1 that were always next to me. When I look back, I'm sad and sorry that I couldn't spend that much time with our fans. No matter what stage I stand on from now on, I won't ever forget this feeling I have for the members and our fans. I love you, I'm sorry, and thank you. I'll let you hear good music. Let's all be happy until the last moment.

Dasom

To STAR1.
Hello everyone, it's Dasom. It's been a while.
I have a lot I want to tell you, but I'm worried about what to start with.
It's been 7 years since SISTAR debuted. I want to first thank everyone who have always supported us and loved us during this long period.
I think I was able to happily finish the 7 years with you, when it could have been hard. And it was also motivation for all of us to grow.
It's very sad, but SISTAR has decided to go our separate ways after this album is finished. We received so much love as SISTAR, and we want to give it back bit by bit by ourselves from now on. I will try to communicate more with fans from now on. Please support us. Thank you.
However we still have one last album! Starship has confirmed their last album which will be released on May 31st!!!

STAR1s lets make their last promotion as SISTAR memorable from them as well as us!!!

NO NO NOOOO I CANT SUPPORT THIS WHY IS EVERYONE LEAVING ME NO
this is too bad. I guess their contract ended. I haven't liked their music in a while so I stopped listening a few years ago, but this does seem like a rather short run for them. I guess they just got tired of the idols life.

2 New K-Drama Recommendations
Here are two drama's I've recently started that I highly recommend! [The World of the Married] Main Cast: Kim Hee Ae, Park Hae Joon, Han So Hee Episodes: 16 (1 Hour Episodes, though some are longer) - Currently Airing Rating: 15+ (19+ in South Korea) Genre: Romance, Family, Melodrama, Drama Other Major Tags: Revenge, Infidelity, Doctor, Western Remake Synopsis: Ji Sun Woo is a family medicine doctor. She is married to Lee Tae Oh and they have a son. She seems to have everything, including a successful career and a happy family, but she is betrayed by her husband and others. Meanwhile, Lee Tae Oh dreams of becoming a famous movie director. He runs an entertainment business with the support of his wife Ji Sun Woo. Even though he loves his wife, Lee Tae Oh falls into a dangerous relationship. (Source: AsianWiki) My Thoughts: I am only 15 minutes into the first episode and so far it is good. I decided to start watching this drama because Kim Doyoung (of NCT) recommended it. I would like to note that this drama is not for a younger audience as their are mature scenes. (In fact there was a mature scene in the first 15 minutes.) I ALSO want to say that this is one of the top dramas in Korea right now. It is currently the 3rd highest rated drama in Korean cable TV history beating out POPULAR titles such as Goblin, Reply 1988, Signal, Itaewon Class, and Hotel Del Luna. [Find Me in Your Memory] Main Cast: Moon Ga Young, Kim Dong Wook Episodes: 32 (30 minute episodes) - Currently Airing Rating: 15+ Genre: Romance, Melodrama, Drama Other Major Tags: Hyperthymesia, Memory-loss, Trauma, (Tragedy could probably be added in my opinion), Comedy, (Mytsery could also be added in my opinion) Synopsis: A love story between a man who remembers every second of his life and a woman who forgot her painful past. (Source: Wikipedia) My Thoughts: I am 6 episodes in and its really good so far. Everything is happening at a slow pace right now but I think that's for a reason, it makes it more impactful. I think it's interesting to see Hyperthymesia in this drama because the last time I saw it was in Remember: War of the Son with Yoo Seung Ho and he used his extraordinary memory to solve his father's murder but it came with a price. It's interesting to see Kim Dong Wook's character live a more or less normal life compared to Yoo Seung Ho's. And each episode makes you wonder what will happen next because of the two's past. I definitely recommend checking it out!
