A brewery has launched a low alcohol beer called Nanny State after being branded irresponsible for creating the UK's "strongest beer". The Nanny state beer is less than 1% alcohol.

You have found that physically you’re exhausted, but the gears running in your mind won’t seem to shut off. Lemon balm aids relaxation and calmness. The oils in lemon balm contain chemicals that relax muscles, particularly in the stomach and bladder, and calms future anxieties you may be experiencing. Slow metabolism: Green Tea Whether you’re looking to shed a couple extra pounds, or simply speed up your metabolism, green tea has proven to be very beneficial in EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), an ingredient known to speed up metabolism. Try to make it a habit of consuming 4-6 cups a day in order to notice a significant change in energy level. Sleepless nights: Chamomile Chamomile tea is strictly herbal based, so it doesn’t contain any caffeine, which is the main ingredient for keeping someone up in the first place. The tea itself has a unique, sweet, and floral aroma and will have a drowsiness effect on you. Your local grocery store should have brands like Celestial Seasonings and Traditional Medicinals, which are two of my favorite brands; however, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even go as far as drying out the flowers and brewing them yourself. Bloated: Peppermint Peppermint has been known to help fatigue and stomach problems. It calms your internal systems and is extremely useful if you over-indulge in a late night meal or food loaded with sugars and fibers that the body finds hard to absorb. Next time you’re feeling uncomfortable because you maybe had one too many slices of cake, try and drink some peppermint tea to settle your stomach and reduce bloating. Nauseous: Ginger Tea Soon to be mothers have claimed that Ginger has helped them during pregnancy sickness. If you make this tea from grated root ginger, it will provide even more benefits. First, you want to steep two teaspoons in boiled water. Then, let it sit until it’s cool. Finally, sip on it casually, and you should find your nausea disappearing. Try not to consume more than three teaspoons a day.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot Glasses
In honor of National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, here is a deliciously fun way to get your chocolate chip cookie fix during happy hour: Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot Glasses! And in case you think I am making this holiday up, you can find it , and a ton of other national holidays that will blow your mind at National Day Calendar online. This 4 1/2 star recipe comes from All Recipes user, Nicole Faust Hunt, called "Absolutely The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies." To make the shot glasses, you will need a 'popover' pan. Otherwise, you can make these using small cupcake pans. However, the shape of the glass will not look like a shot glass. Ingredients: 1 cup butter flavored shortening (not butter) 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons Mexican vanilla extrac t2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups milk chocolate chips Chocolate candy melts (for later) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the pan. In a large bowl, cream together the butter flavored shortening, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla .Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. Press the cookie dough into the popover pan bottom and sides. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until light brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Separately, melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave or a double boiler. Once the cookie shot glasses have cooled, spoon in the candy melts, covering the bottom and inside cookie walls. This will harden relatively quick, or you can put it in the fridge. This coating will prevent liquids from being absorbed into the cookie. What A Coke Does To Your Body In 1 Hour
I'll be the first to admit that I love Coca Cola. But it's absolutely horrible for us. A very detailed infographic supplied by TheRenegadePharmacist.com has officially proven again how bad Coke is for your body (WE KNOW). The American CDC has said that 25% of Americans drink soda on a regular basis which is a hefty reason why obesity has run rampant. Sugar is the main culprit since an average can of soda can contain 3 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons if in a 12-ounce-bottle. Coke is one of the most popular soft drinks in the United States with a massive marketing empire so there will never be a day where we won't see it somewhere. But there comes a time where you need to take a moment and see what you're putting into your body. Let's take a look : All it takes is ONE Coke : First 10 Minutes : 10 teaspoon of sugar hit your system. (100% of your recommended daily intake.) You don't immediately vomit from the overwhelming sweetness because phosphoric acid cuts the flavor allowing you to keep it down. In 20 Minutes : Your blood sugar spikes, causing an insulin burst. Your live responds to this by turning any sugar it can get its hands on into fat. (There's plenty of that at this particular moment.) In 40 Minutes : Caffeine absorption is complete. Your pupils dilate, your blood pressure rises, as a response your liver dumps more sugar into your bloodstream. The adenosine receptors in your brain are now blocked preventing drowsiness. In 45 Minutes : Your body ups your dopamine production stimulating the pleasure centers of your brain. This is physically the same way heroin works, by the way.
