the only way you can change your metabolism is to 1: drink water... only water... 2: walk or run... in the morning if possible... 3: eat smaller portions... 4 to 6 times a day... 4: don't eat carbs.. but do not cut them out of your daily diet... don't eat fried foods... boil your meats... eat steamed rice with beef or chicken broth added... 5: DIETING DOES NOT WORK!!! 6: DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF... that is the WORST thing you could ever do.... your body will hold on to stored days. and that causes liver damage.... 7: start a daily journal... distress... and remove all full size body mirrors from your room and from your house if possible... 8: read up.... there is a book by the name of... "The Whole 30" buy it... or look it up on line... there are great recipes in there... and it's a good read.... I've seen it work wonders.... 9: most of all.... STAY COMMITTED!!! BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR LIFE ON THE LINE!!!

@Taekookimonster take your time... remember... results are over a period of time... not Instantaniouse... but they will happen... star small. do t do any sort of bi going... that shocks your body into thinking that it is starving. and it will hold and store the fat we eat... and that makes it's harder... get you some small weights. nothing big... or even a standing bike... put in front if the tv and 30 minutes of hard ridding... enough to break a sweat... a tiny sweat. dance. clean... but the key is to get moving... good luck and update please.
for me because I have a slow metabolism I cut out all the soda and drink only water I walk an hour a day and I don't eat after nine at night and if i get hungry I just drink a large glass of water but because all.our bodies are different talk to a doctor and see which will work for you

It's something my doctor told me because our bodies slow down at night we don't burn as much so the food doesn't digest well so he told me to drink water and it helped curb my night snacking which was a huuuuuge problem
oh and you know exercising start off easy like walking for 20 mins( and sleep is important too! ) but please take care

it's bad to stop eating it doesn't help trust me I used to do that and it doesn't feel good afterwards. what helps is definitely drinking water and cutting down on example: bread, rice and stuff like that and eat a good breakfast maybe fruits or oatmeal and than a nice lunch and a light dinner but please don't starve yourself Good luck! fighting
If you make tea using Apple Cider Vinegar (namebrand not the knock off) it helps your body to flush out the toxins making it easier to lose water weight as well as lose harmful fats.
