Blueberry and Walnut Smoothie
Great to get your antioxidants and magnesium for the day. If you don't have molasses it's okay. Ingredients 1 cup homemade walnut milk 1 cup frozen wild blueberries (organic if possible) 1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds 1 tablespoon molasses 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon handful of ice cubes (optional) Instructions Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

I have never thought of adding walnuts to a smoothie!! Going to try this after I go grocery shopping next :)

They have walnut milk? I've heard of almond milk but not walnuts.
