What You'll Need: 1 large bunch (approx. 8 cups) Swiss chard, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled & grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and fresh ground pepper What to Do: Thoroughly wash and dry the chard. Chop crosswise into strips. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the chard to the oil and stir to coat all the leaves.
