Jail Time for Big Hit Blackmailer + Calls for Reported to Resign!
So, first part of the controversy is this: A CEO was sentenced to one year in prison for "blackmailing Big Hit Entertainment, threatening to reveal information to the public about alleged illegal marketing by the agency." Basically, Big Hit used a company 2 years ago to do marketing for them, then suddenly the company (that was financially struggling) came back and said they were going to release this ~secret~ about Big Hit unless they paid them a lot of money (approximately $291,000) Big Hit was like, wtf, and they said they have nothing to hide (the 'secret' was related to illegal marketing allegedly) They said: “Big Hit has nothing to hide, so as soon as we became aware of the situation, we filed a report with the police and actively cooperated with investigations.” “If Big Hit’s reputation ends up being damaged by these claims and reports, despite the our immediate handling of the situation by filing a report and cooperating with police, then there will be no entertainment agency in the future that can take appropriate measures in the face of blackmail.” “We’re very sorry to the BTS members and ARMY for the alarm that was caused with this issue. We will do everything we can and carefully manage our business partners and contractors to prevent something like this from ever happening again.” The CEO was found guilty for blackmail and was sentenced to a year in jail. Now, for the second part of the controvery: There is one reporter, Jeon Won, who works for a site called xsports who hates BTS with a passion. She heard the report about the marketing company finding "illegal marketing practices" and posted about how that is PROOF that BTS bought their Billboard award and that they should return it, that BTS are cheaters. *eye roll* Here's what she wrote: “With the accusations of illegal marketing practices, BTS’ eligibility for the ‘Top Social Artist’ award comes to suspicion. The winner of the award is determined by the hashtag votes and BTS has received more than 300 million. However, some netizens are now questioning the legitimacy. If the marketing took place with the use of part-time employees (to increase votes), then it’ll be fair for BTS to return the trophy.” You can hear her voice here from a press conference. She's the same reporter who clamined that BTS cheated on winning awards on music shows and she also announced one of their comeback dates before Big Hit did (which is a shitty move as a reporter). Now #엑스포츠_전원기자_사과해 (XSports_ReporterJeongWon_Apologize!) is trending WORLDWIDE. Since the "illegal marketing practices" were found to be lies, that means her only evidence that the Billboard Awards were bought is not true people want her to apologize but so far all that has happened is her article has ~disappeared~ Glad BTS won this round but jeez, when will people learn?!
Best Ways to Reduce Stress in Student Life
Studying at an institute or college can be exciting, but it can also become stressful and debilitating. A student who falls into the walls of the institute is especially vulnerable to falling into the tenacious paws of stress. Usually this is a fairly significant change in lifestyle, especially if the institute is in another city. You must make your own decisions and be responsible for your life. Stress occurs when the level of stress exceeds a person’s energy level, which leads to an overloaded sensation. As long as the available human energy exceeds the voltage level, it is in good condition. But if this energy is reduced and tension increases, then this can lead to a state of anxiety, depression and feelings of emptiness. If there is a feeling that the brain is melting under a stack of books, activities and papers, there is no need to panic. Follow stress management tips to reduce tension and depression. 1. Get enough sleep You may be tempted to lie down at 4 a.m., finishing up various things. Remember, shortening your rest time leads to increased stress levels. A short and restless sleep fruitfully affects the quality of the brain during the next day. In addition, inadequate sleep can put your body at risk of serious illnesses such as diabetes, obesity, and depression. Adults usually need seven to nine hours of sleep per night for better health. You need to align your sleep schedule by going to bed before midnight, instead of going to bed at dawn and sleeping until noon. The more the internal clock is closely related to the sun, the better for the entire human body. 2. Eat well Poor eating and eating fast food can lower the energy level in the body, leading to a lower threshold for stress. In the end, a person feels very tired. Follow a diet rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains. 3. Do the exercises When a person is stressed, he does not want to do physical exercises at all. But just 20 minutes a day of physical activity can reduce stress. Find something to your liking. It can be swimming or yoga. No need to do something that causes disgust. 4. Avoid unnatural energy boosters Artificial stimulants, such as caffeinated tablets or prescription drugs, can help stay awake throughout the training session, but getting rid of the human body's need for sleep will ultimately lead to an energy disaster. This will again lead to a greater susceptibility to stress. Use natural energy boosters, such as drink ginger tea. 5. Get emotional support A session or adaptation at the institute can be difficult and uncomfortable. Share disappointment with a reliable friend and this will help in the fight against stress. This is a good way to eliminate tension. Choose a friend or family member who will not judge and try to give a couple of practical advice. Or seek the help of a professional consultant or psychologist. 6. Do not give up your hobbies The schedule at the institute can take a lot of time, but try to find at least a couple of hours a week to engage in your favorite hobby or other activity that you like. This contributes to the anti-stress physiology of the body. 7. Try not to overload yourself Students sometimes take on more work than they should. As a result, they begin to cope with volumes. Make a clear plan, where in the upper part there will be very important things, and then tasks that can be postponed will follow the list. Set the right priorities. Do not try to do everything at once. 8. Take a deep breath When you feel stressful, deep breathing exercises can help melt stress. Try this exercise: inhale slowly through the nose, hold your breath for a few seconds, then exhale through your mouth and repeat as necessary. This exercise helps prevent short, shallow breaths that often accompany a feeling of tension. 9. Have a massage Stress often causes muscles to tighten and feel pain. A professional massage therapist will help ease their stress and provide stress relief. A trip to college can put a lot of pressure on a teenager. Using some of these strategies can help reduce stress and easily go through years of study.
Should I Let My Child Play Football? 5 Reasons to Say Yes!
Football is a popularly loved sport all over the world. Perhaps, you’re an ardent admirer of the Manchester United team and you go to watch every match from the stadium. And when you can’t, you’re glued to the television, watching the match enthusiastically. Having such an intense love for this game, you might also want to nurture the same passion in your kid. Or maybe you’re afraid to let your child play football, fearing the fatal injuries players are prone to. And that’s mainly the reason why you’ve been thinking – ‘should I enrol my son/daughter in a Swindon junior football academy or not?’ for the past few days, right? As parents of young children, especially if they are in the 2-9-year old age group, it’s natural to be concerned about the injury risks involved in football. However, even studies reveal it’s one of the most rewarding sports a child can play. Want to know why? Then keep reading! Reasons to Allow Your Child Play Football 1. Plenty of health benefits: Playing any sport is beneficial for children’s health. So, what’s so special about football? Being a physically demanding game, kids can develop their strength, speed, stamina, agility and hand-eye coordination while running the whole time. Practice makes everyone perfect. So the more your child plays football, the better will be his/her all-round development. 2. Agent of discipline: Fostering the value of discipline is very important as it’ll help them lead a balanced life later on. There’s nothing better than helping your young one become disciplined by allowing him/her play football. Players must pay attention to every detail. One wrong move and it can negatively impact the game. Kids who join a Swindon junior football academy realize the importance of discipline in anything they do, from reaching classes on time to practising their skills. 3. Learn new skills: No sport is complete without using the right skills and football isn’t an exception. Children learn the fundamentals of football by developing new skills. Football helps children to improve their social skills and when they’re training under a professional coach, they’ll also learn the art of dribbling, passing, juggling, receiving and shooting, among others. 4.
