so, the gym I go to for kickboxing is doing a 30 day challenge and I decided to document my journey.
here is my before pic. I weighed in at 294.2 lbs tonight. I am also tracking my calories. I'm at 1562/1600. If I can find a measuring Tape I will take some measurements.I am also hoping to do some yoga and Pilates and jump roping tomorrow morning and then hit the gym with some friends at night. I also want to make three kickboxing classes a week.I know that's a lot for the first two days, But I want to lose big so I can win big :)
