Keep adding in the new exercise! Today is REVERSE ALTERNATING LUNGES. Remember to keep a 90 degree angle at your knees in the down position, and don't let your front knee go forward past your toes. Today you should be doing a warm up + today's exercise + day 3 + day 2 + day 1.
