Hello fam! This week we will take time out to appreciate Namjoon's songs. One of my favorite songs is Tokyo. I love the melody and the lyrics.

The instrumental reminds me of a rainy day. I love rainy days. These type of days for me are days to unwind and reflect on some stuff.

Meaning

I feel in this song RM is questioning himself and trying to find himself. I honestly have these thoughts. Do I be myself or what others what me to be. Sometimes especially in my field of work you can easily get lost in others issues and forget yourself. RM takes about missing himself and maybe covering up his real self. However he knows it's time to move on and go on.

Self Care with BTS
Hello fam! I constantly making sure in order for me to reduce stress and manage mental health I must take self care important. I have some tips to help those who want to reduce stress by self care. BTS will help me out. *Disclaimer I'm not a doctor. Consult with PCP if you have health issues. I'm sharing my skin care routine.* Tip 1: Meditation and or relaxing This will help you wind down and reduce those racing thoughts. You can add in deep breathing if you like. I rest while listening to calming music or rain music. Tip 2: Pamper yourself or skincare At the end of the day I take time to enjoy my skincare routine. The scents and applying the products can be relaxing. Tip 3: Make time with friends Being around positive friends and having fun can help reduce stress and remind you that you are loved. At least once a month my friends and I always do something e.g. lunch, dinner, spa day, etc. Tip 4: Eating healthy and drinking lots of water Sometimes it is true you can be mean when hungry lol. I know I am. I feel bad physically when I eat lots of greasy foods and drink sugary drinks. Make sure to eat those in moderation and stay hydrated. This can improve health. Hello everyone! It’s Yugykookie97 here! So I have officially decided to leave vingle for good. I know I’ve said this before but I would end up coming back. This time I’m officially going to be leaving. Vingle isn’t the same anymore. I’ve also been working a lot so I don’t have time to post like I normally do. I have been going through a lot of things. And I just need to focus on myself and not have to worry about anything. I would also like to thank each and everyone of you guy’s that follow me and like what I would post. Hello fam! I can across this cool edit. These are not my own, but I wanted to share. @VeronicaArtino and I were having a conversation about " why we look up to BTS or what we have learned from them." Christmas Challenge Giveaway
Hello Kpop Fans! My name is Melissa! I am starting a giveaway for Christmas. I will be doing challenges in different communities such as Pentagon, Seventeen, Mirae, Stray Kids, Victon, Monsta X, SuperM, EXO, BTS, aespa, NU'EST, SHINee, A.C.E, Got7, and SF9. Now for the rules! For my giveaway, all you have to do is complete one challenge. It can be in any of the participating communities. It starts 12/20 and ends on 12/25 at midnight. Also please remember to post in correct community. For example, if you are doing BTS challenge, be sure to post in both Kpop and BTS communities. Be sure to tag me in your cards, @MelissaGarza. So I keep up with your progress. Once the challenge is over, I will go through and make sure which challenges are complete. Then I will announce the winner or winners before New Years. As for prizes, I will be giving away kpop prizes! It can be anything that's related to kpop, such as a kpop album, accessory, poster and so on.
