These are spicy, crunchy, and basically the best substitute to french fries Ingredients: 5 small zucchini 3 Tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon tumeric 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon paprika pinch cayenne pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking (cookie) sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Cut the zucchini in half down the center, then again into 4-6 wedges to create sticks. Toss the zucchini wedges with the oil and spices until evenly coated. Place on a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
