My Debut as a Vingler
Hey there! Hope your day is going as swimmingly as mine! First of all, my name is Avery and I am a fifteen-year-old almost finished with my freshman year of high school. Today marks my debut as a Vingler, which of course makes me the new kid in the neighborhod, as well as assumedly the "baby sister" here. But that is perfectly okay, as in the majority of movements and platforms I join, that is almost always the case! So far with Vingle, it appears to be an über positive, uplifting community from what I have seen and heard. After all, nothing encapsulates friendship better than meeting people with like interests and passions. That is what I hope to do on here in addition to expressing what whets my appetite the most. So it will be a win-win for everybody, including those who feel isolated outside of Vingle because they are different from everyone else. Speaking of which, if you ever need a cheerleader or a shoulder to cry on, know that you can always reach out to me. I treat everybody the way I would like to be treated and I utimately want the best for you — I mean that sincerely. Vingle is familial and tight-knit in nature, and I am just another proponent of this school of thought despite only being here for a few hours. Lastly, my bio will be forthcoming. I have yet to think of what I will write for it. But I promise you I will think of ways to bring it to life soon enough, especially since my Spring Break begins this Tuesday and I do not go back until Monday, April 29. Hello fam! I can across this cool edit. These are not my own, but I wanted to share. @VeronicaArtino and I were having a conversation about " why we look up to BTS or what we have learned from them." Self Care with BTS
Hello fam! I constantly making sure in order for me to reduce stress and manage mental health I must take self care important. I have some tips to help those who want to reduce stress by self care. BTS will help me out. *Disclaimer I'm not a doctor. Consult with PCP if you have health issues. I'm sharing my skin care routine.* Tip 1: Meditation and or relaxing This will help you wind down and reduce those racing thoughts. You can add in deep breathing if you like. I rest while listening to calming music or rain music. Tip 2: Pamper yourself or skincare At the end of the day I take time to enjoy my skincare routine. The scents and applying the products can be relaxing. Tip 3: Make time with friends Being around positive friends and having fun can help reduce stress and remind you that you are loved. At least once a month my friends and I always do something e.g. lunch, dinner, spa day, etc. Tip 4: Eating healthy and drinking lots of water Sometimes it is true you can be mean when hungry lol. I know I am. I feel bad physically when I eat lots of greasy foods and drink sugary drinks. Make sure to eat those in moderation and stay hydrated. This can improve health.
