Seungkwan was at the mart recently and found some snacks that him and DK loved when they were trainees. Swings is a well known rapper in Korea and recently annouced he was going to get to a healthier weight. He shared his dieting and gym routine with his insta followers And showed off his progress! Since he's looking to good lately, he's getting lots of comments saying "you look good" or "wow your skin looks so nice" etc and his reaction is hilarious: He's literally like "gross I'm getting goosebumps reading these nice comments ew!!! hahahha" Here's one of my favorites of his:

I'm always a sucker for Sandeul's voice so I can't wait :) On April 7, WM Entertainment revealed, “Currently, Sandeul has departed to Berlin, Germany to film the music video for his new song.” They added, “He’s working on a new solo album and aiming for a June comeback.” This will be Sandeul’s first solo album in three years since his debut as a solo artist in October 2016 with the album “Stay As You Are.”
