Really Great Interview With Henru Lau!
Forbes just did a great interview with Henry Lau about his upcoming projects! Here's a snippet: Herman: How did you begin your career in the K-pop world?
Lau: I was in high school, getting ready to go to college. And then this big label [SM Entertainment] came to Toronto, where I’m from. And then one of my friends was like, “Hey, Henry, you gotta go become a K-pop star.” I was like, “What are you talking about?” She was like, “You can do it!” So I went to this audition and they were like, “Hey, we wanna sign you.” Back then, I was going to be a classical violinist. So I was deciding to pursue my career as a classical violinist or being like in the Asian Backstreet Boys. That’s what they told me before. I decided that if I did the singing and dancing, I could also do the violin and all the classical music. So I decided to do that. It was crazy. I didn’t really think about much when all that was happening. But I’m here now.
Herman: What do you think about it now?
Lau: I have no regrets. I think I did a pretty good job. Read the whole thing here:
