The Print On This Girl's Dress Is Blowing My Mind.
One of my friends just found this on Tumblr, and I am seriously dying at how perfect it all is. Apparently, this user (glassescat) was shopping for fabric to sew her own dress when she stumbled across a pattern that - for the sake of bad puns - seemed pretty 'revolutionary'. ONE NATION. UNDER. BOOOODDSSSS!!!! No, seriously, Abraham Lincoln is channeling Zayn Malik pretty hard in this one. I have so many thoughts running through my head about these - the most predominant one being that I can't help but feel like someone in the fabric business must have a DeviantArt account and that their Christmas print is going to feature Naughty Santa and some disturbingly ripped anthromorphic reindeer. The best part is that once this viraled enough, fellow Tumblrs were able to figure out exactly who made this print - only to discover that there's MORE. SO MUCH MORE. Like this 'outdoorsy pin-up' print, for example. Also, it's just been decided that I'm wearing this as a toga next Halloween. Getting drunk on spooky-themed jungle juice at a friend's costume party will never look sexier. At first, the kilt was funny. And then the Ireland flag speedo got a chuckle. But then I saw the guy in blue jeans that's essentially throwing illustrations of clovers like it's a giant LARP fireball, and I completely lost it. Is anyone else a crafter? Have you seen these around? They're seriously selling out on Fabric.com right now. WHAT? WHATTT??
