Note: Posting as I go...
Deep in the forest, North of the city… Sehun is walking alone. He watched the city lights twinkling through the trees, wondering if Jun Myeon will forgive him for what he is doing.
"I knew Jun Myeon was following me and I had planned on leading him around but Yixing came at me. What was I supposed to do? *laughs* Oh well, that's what he gets. I know he's going to hate me but once Aria becomes mine, he won't be able to do anything." he said out loud knowing no one would hear him, even if they did, they would only think he was a crazy person speaking to himself.
He headed deeper into the dark forest, until he was standing at the foot of a high cliff. He leapt up on one foot, landing easily on a ledge of a cave. He could hear her screaming. It made him feel bad but he tried hard to remind himself that it will be over soon.
He went to the tomb. He stood over the silver box that had tarnished with years as it sat here waiting for someone to occupy it, willingly or not. The pounding he heard as he entered this cave ceased for briefly, then he heard her scream again.
He slipped the key in, but before he turned it, he leaned down and spoke into a pinhole that was at the center of a carved rose.
"If you don't be quiet and do as I say, you'll stay in there for a few centuries."
The screaming went quiet.
A small smile curled the corner of his mouth as he turned the key and then slowly lifted the heavy silver lid with the very tip of his nail. He stared down at Aria, who was staring angrily back at him. She had become more pale and looked starved.
"Are you hungry?" He squatted down over her, he bit into his wrist before offering it to her.
Normally, Aria wouldn't have, at least not from him but she was hungry. She wasn't sure how long he had her in there, but it was long enough to take what he was offering. Her inside wanted it, her mouth craved for the taste of blood. With a weak hand, she took his arm and pulled him in more.
Her tongue touched the wound from his teeth, the taste of his vampire blood was delicious. It was something she had not tasted in a long time. She slowly sucked, trying to stay in control, she didn't want to seem greedy, digging her own teeth into his skin deeper, wanting to drain him of his every drop.
Her lips pulled back from her teeth as her teeth became longer, as they do to reach deep into the flesh, the deeper the wound, the more the blood flows. She moaned as the metallic taste gushed into her mouth.
Sehun bit his bottom lip watching her drinking from him. It was turning him on. Every vain in his body was pulling toward that single opening that she was drinking from. With his free hand reached out and touched her hair. His fingers combing through to the back of her head. He drew her out of the silver coffin, leading her up closer to him. Not once did she let go, she seemed dazed, lost in the blood. He bit his lip, making it bleed as he brought her up and closer. He weened his wrist from her and tilted her head up. He gazed into her drunken face…
Aria suddenly woke up from her haze. His blood was so sweet, she didn't want to stop. She slapped him when he came close to kissing her.
She pulled away but he had her in a death lock around her waist.
"No…" he said softly, "Don't move. Please, just stay, right where you're at" he leaned down, resting his head on top of hers.
"Sehun-ah… Its too late. I love Him. I always have. You need to let it go." She said pulling his hands away from around her waist.
Immediately, he grabbed her by the wrists, holding them tightly to the point that it made her wince a little.
"I'm not going to run away, Sehun-ah, I want to help you." She said as soothing as possible. She looked deep into his eyes. All his memories flooding her mind, all his dreams, his feelings for her. "You truly believed this, don't you, this thing you call 'missed fate', its been eating at you all this time."
"In other worlds… you belong to me and he's the one that craves for you. I've been told over and over what I need to do." Sehun said pushing her away.
He went to the side of the cave, lit some candles, that brightened the room with a soft glow. Aria looked around, it had a high ceiling, there was a reading chair and a table with stacks of books on it. There was a bed far off in another corner. He went around lighting the candelabras that stood a few feet apart along the walls. The floors were marble white. It looked like a room he'd been living in.
"I come here to get away from everything and everyone." He said closing the steel door that was the entrance. "I felt lost after you left. I was very angry at you and I would pound my fists into the mountain. I had done it so much, before I knew it, I broke through the outer wall and found this cave."
"It looks comfortable. You must come here often." She commented. The silver coffin he had her in, sat in the middle of the cave. As soon as she stepped out of it, it closed and sank into the ground. It looked no different than the floor itself, sort of blending in. "I take it that's where you sleep."
"only when I feel like it…"
"There was enough room in there for two bodies." Aria said remembering how wide it was.
"Its got a purpose." Sehun answered. He walked back over to her and put his hand out to her, "Nothing you do or say will not change my mind. Everything is set."
"That may be so but do you really want to take that chance. What if it doesn't work, what if it goes the opposite of what you want?" She looked him dead in the eye, "What if I end up hating you?"
He grimaced thinking about that, "I'll take that chance. Come with me, please. You said you want to help me."
He smiled a slightly mischievous grin that made Aria think that she made a mistake saying she wanted to help him.
