I thought it would be a great idea for a self care community! School has begun and the seasons will change soon. Along with these transitions could come anxiety, depression, and triggers for mental health.
I do have a background in mental health. Self-care is my specialty. I have found through my career and personal life that self-care can reduce so much drama. I personally have been diagnosed with Major Depression and I know how life can become dark randomly. However, I found that self-care has helped me manage my professional and personal life and I have less triggers.
In this community I will share some education on self-care and it will also touch on mental health as well as holistic ways of healing. I'm not a doctor and this is not a place for therapy but more so a place of education and support. I can only share the knowledge I have that has helped me and what I've researched.
