I love taking time out everyday at the end of the day to practice mindfulness. This helps me relax so I can have a wonderful restful night. This helps improves my sleep and reduce anxiety.
I switch it up and sometimes before going to bed I listen to soothing music and meditate. I use imagery to help relax my mind and body. Below is some soothing BTS music I love to utilize to help calm me down.
I love chilling and writing. I play some chill music to help the creative juices flow. Try out purchasing a cool note book and pen that you can use for just writing.
Once a month a get a jelly pedicure. This helps me relax after a long week. If you can't afford one you can do this at home. I will share some of my foot soak recipes in another card.
