Someone like you needs a little good to come their way, since youâre always the one giving.â I blinked a few times, as I started to notice this woman looked like that lady you see married to Santa Clause in movies. âGo now, enjoy your holiday magic.â I smiled warmly at her before I finally made it into my rooftop apartment in a building nearby. After I settled in and turn my space heater on, I looked down at the chocolate calendar that the lady gift to me. She said each chocolate held magic. Something I kind of still believed in. Since anything good that came my way was like magic. Mostly because it disappeared before my eyes in a matter of seconds. I took a deep breath before I popped out the chocolate from Day 12. âHere goes nothing.â I said before I put the small chocolate in my mouth and let it melt. My taste buds went into shock at how sweet the milk chocolate was, enough to cause a moan to escape my lips. I closed my eyes and enjoy the delicious chocolate. The way that sweet flavor danced around my tongue, sending tingling waves of pleasure through my entire body. She wasnât kidding because this chocolate did taste like magic. Jackson stood up straight and placed his hands inside his pocket. âThis woman, that kind of looked like Ms. Clause came up to me when I was holiday shopping on December first, to see if I would be willing to help her out on a gift she wanted to give to her granddaughter. Though you donât look like her much.â He came closer to me, with a soft smile. âShe was right though I donât regret granting her request. She said it would be a two-way street. For a whole night, you and I will be together as if we were dating. He held out his hand for me to take if I was ready. âI didnât think she was going to go through with her request, until you magically appear on my couch when I came home.â I slowly accepted his extended hand and allow him to guide me back on the couch. âSo this is the magic she meant the chocolates have?â Jackson hummed in response, as he sat down beside me. âYup, she explain in full detail for us in a letter a few days ago. That a beautiful soul that she claimed was her granddaughter will be appearing before 12 of us soon. Told us that you always give, but never take, that is if anyone actually offers. Do you really give your all but get ignored for your acts of good?â I just shrugged as if it was nothing, though yes, deep down inside it did bother me. I just fidget with the lint on my pants. âI am bless, I have family and friends, but if I am in a tight spot, I canât call them to help me.â I got used to being independent, since I had no choice most of the time. Jackson show me to the bathroom, so I could change. After I closed the door and looked into the bag. I was puzzled by the fact that it was just a red plaid pajama top, black lace booty shorts and lace bra. I just washed up before changing and search the bag for pants. Fingers brushed along my face, making me want to rest my head in his hand. I froze when his thumb ran along my lower lip. âThere was something she did tell me I had to remember. That if we can make you first day with us as magical as possible. That come Christmas, you will choose the one that made the deepest impression on you. That day we will me bonded for life.
