Since I woke up extra early this morning, I made a pot of chicken congee with glass bean thread vermicelli. It was so delish and exactly what I needed this morning (*_*) @divalycious instead of writing out the recipe I thought it'll be better to share a YT video. I used the same recipe as hers but the difference bwtn mines and her's is that I only used jasmine rice and I didnt soak my rice. To speed up the cooking process, I cooked my rice in a rice cooker and once the broth and chicken were done, I added in the cooked rice. I also added some vermicelli noodles to my soup too b/c I wanted some variation and texture to my soup. So please try it out and let me know how it went....
