@ameliasantos10 I started last April tell now I lost10 unchs. and I was 64kg 160cm I am now 53kg
yes @christy i think for the longer term it is probably better to turn to exercise!!
@ameliasantos10 helping me lose fats from my stomach it close to be flat but exercises helped me more
