Pilates - How to do the 100
This is a lot tougher than it looks. If you are starting out with pilates, this is definitely a good way to start. What I would say is that you try to hold out your legs as much as you can, but make sure that they are not bent, and remember to keep your pilates stance: heels touching, but toes apart.
