Many Japanese and Chinese enjoy weekend duty-free shop in Korea. The price is about 15% lower than shops in Korea and 20-30% lower than shops in China and Japan depending on the exchange rates. My best picks are 1. Incheon airport duty-free shop 2. Lotte duty-free shop at Myeongdong Lotte / COEX 3. Shila duty-free shop at Shilla Hotel Incheon airport duty-free shop is really huge and three major Korean duty-free shops are there. I personally think this is the place for cosmetics shopping. Lotte and Shilla duty shop in the city are THE shopping spot for LUXURY produts. They look like upscale department stores but all products are tax free. Shilla looks more glamorous probably because it is co-located to luxury Shilla Hotel. Lotte is located at Lotte main department store which is at the heart of Seoul commercial area Myeongdong. If you are looking for really great parcels and shoulders, try one of these two. Selections are good and some are discounted as well as tax freed.

I agree. I personally think Shilla is better.
I prefer Lotte duty free shop, because it's located at Myeongdong.
I take that Shilla looks more luxurious, but brand quality and selection are almost the same
I thought London has the largest duty-free.
Dubai is another big one, but my bet is Seoul duty-free.
