Chickpea Fries>Regular Fries?
I don't normally post this type of news, but try it. Deep frying chickpeas is awesome. Rosemary Chickpea Fries Yield: 4 to 6 servings Time: About 1½ hours, largely unattended Oil for greasing the pan 1 cup chickpea flour 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock ½ teaspoon dried rosemary Salt and black pepper Canola or light olive oil for deep-frying

As soon as I can find chickpea flour, I'm definitely going to try this! Did you try them yourself?
