Chickpea Fries>Regular Fries?
I don't normally post this type of news, but try it. Deep frying chickpeas is awesome. Rosemary Chickpea Fries Yield: 4 to 6 servings Time: About 1½ hours, largely unattended Oil for greasing the pan 1 cup chickpea flour 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock ½ teaspoon dried rosemary Salt and black pepper Canola or light olive oil for deep-frying

@ameliasantos thats what makes it chickpea fires! You could just use regular potato I guess. What is your beef with chickpeas?
