Macaroni & cheese is a classic favorite - not only for children, but for adults alike.
This southern staple has a special place within the hearts of many, but it's not always the healthiest when you don't know the exact ingredients the boxed, pre-packaged macaroni & cheese is made from.
Boxed macaroni & cheese actually includes chemicals and food coloring - all of which are not exactly natural in any circumstance.
