Ehwa Woman's University ECC

Ehwa Woman's University is considered the #1 woman's university in Korea. Its new architecture named ECC designed by Dominique Perrault is a new signature of the school. Shops, libraries and meeting rooms are located in this large underground structure. If you visit the front door of the campus, you will see lots of fancy shops, cafes and boys who are waiting for their girlfriends or begging for new loves. :) There is a flower shop named Yeppi Flower Shop near the front door and this has been popular for a long time probably due to boys who try to impress their current or prospected girlfriends.

3 Tips For Designing A Lounge Area At The Office
Today we work very differently than it was thirty years ago. Laptops, smartphones, and tablets give employees more flexibility to work. The flexibility that we also find within the walls of the office, because activity-based working is the most normal thing in the world for some companies. For those who don't know it yet: with activity-based work, employees have the option of working in a place that fits their current task, for example, in a lounge area. But how do you ensure a functional lounge space at the office? No one can entirely focus on his or her work 8 or 9 hours a day. And fortunately, that is not necessary either. For that reason alone, lounge areas at the office are a good idea. But in addition to a place to relax or catch up with a colleague, a lounge area has another function: a workplace! Lounge areas are perfect workplaces to stimulate creativity, productivity, and innovative thinking. Choosing the correct interior designer for your home/office is always a monotonous job Make sure you choose the right one who provides you with good service. Are you looking for the best interior designer in Mumbai? AVN Interior is one of the best design company in Mumbai These three tips help you to do that effectively. 1. Go for comfort Offices with a 'living room' look are something we see more and more often. A comfortable chair or sofa immediately gives an office a softer look. Something that can help employees to feel more relaxed in their workplace. 2. Make sure there is enough workspace It may sound a bit crazy in an office, but make sure you have enough workspace, especially in a lounge area. To be productive, you do need a work surface. For example, a side table (possibly height adjustable) or a handy, round meeting table where employees can work on or use differently. 3. Flexibility is indispensable Different employees have different needs when it comes to the workplace. That is why a lounge area must offer flexibility. Lightweight furniture that is easy to move is a wise choice. The development of the modern office requires progress in the field of office design. By creating a multi-usable lounge space, you motivate your employees to work together and share ideas in a completely different type of workspace. The Best Way To Live: Tiny Houses
Tiny Houses have become the latest craze for younger people looking to spend most of their time outside, enjoying nature. Buying a house is expensive and can take up so much space on land you would rather use to garden, farm, hunt, or just enjoy as natural as it comes. Which is why tiny houses are becoming HUGE (see what I did there). With prices usually around $40,00 for an entire (sometimes) portable house, couples or solo land owners are finding it much easier to be able to afford an actual place of their own. And yes they can be portable! The main thing you pay for with your tiny house is land, so when you want to head out just hitch up your house, by another plot of land, and plop yourself down. Its like having an RV but way more....homey. Tiny Houses are defined as livable houses under 400 sqft Small Houses are defined as livable houses under 1000 soft Both are pretty tiny, but when done right can be amazing! Check out these pictures of Tiny Houses and try not to head straight to the bank! Here is a tiny house that has some style! The point of these houses are to embrace being in the outdoors which is why some houses have outside add ons. This house is doing things right with an added hot tub! Small and Tiny Houses can look amazing and way more spacious with huge windows. These windows also help you still connect with nature, even when you are indoors. Told you some houses can be portable! Not feeling where you live anymore? Just hook your house up to a truck and you can be across the country in a day. With tiny houses you can get creative with the design. Some even look like a hobbits houses which is really cool! Not all tiny houses need to be made out of wood! There are a ton of modern tiny houses that are perfect for a couple that needs minimal space! On the inside the main goal is to go up! Most things are stacked so that there is ample room but still an uncluttered space. The bed is usually a loft which helps leave tons of room for the downstairs living area. Proof that tall people can still have tiny houses! This man is pretty tall yet looks completely comfortable in his little house. Tiny and small houses aren't for everyone. They can get cramped, especially when its time to cook dinner, but for those outdoorsy people who hate being stuck indoors, tiny houses offer the perfect solution. Why waste money on a house you don't care about, or force yourself to live in an apartment that is in a town or city? Tiny houses can give the nature lovers a place of their own to live, connect with nature, and limit their carbon footprint. And that is AWESOME. Check out this very informative and funny video about living in tiny homes and how it can and will save you time and stress in the long run!
