Lou's Terrific (and Spicy) Trout
This is another recipe from Lou over at Living Lou. I loved how simple his basic trout recipe was, so I went back to find more. Check out this recipe. It's still so simple, which is great for me, but seasons the trout in a totally different way than his other recipe that I shared (LINK). "Terrific Trout Ingredients 4 medium sized trout fillets 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp each of rosemary, thyme and parsley 3/4 tsp honey mustard 1/8 tsp each of chili flakes, garlic powder and chili powder cracked pepper to taste Directions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together to create a marinate for the fish. Butter or oil your cooking dish and place trout fillets in the dish. Brush the marinate over the fish and bake for 20-25 minutes."

@SuraniMH1 Hehehe, that made much chuckle. @samrusso716 If you haven't tried trout you definitely should, but that's coming from a man who catches and cooks his own trout. I don't think I've ever actually bought trout at the store.

@deerandbeer this would probably be delicious (and not spicy) if you just dont add the chili powders
