The following points could guide you on helping your helper and ensuring that she is having confidence in her life. The pointers have been designed to help the domestic helper.

Support domestic helper at all costs
You will need to support the helper because that is what she needs most. You have to support her by giving her a regime of the session for practice. You have to understand that she does not always get the chance to explore the talent she has. That is where you should play a significant role in ensuring she can develop her language skills.

Build her vital language lessons
You can try out developing her sessions for practice by giving her some few words per week. When she masters the words, let her practice them and apply them whenever conversing with you. Ask her about her day off and what she likes to do on those days.
Let her respond in the language you are trying to teach her. It will make her comfortable in that language and find it easy to respond in it whenever someone else makes a conversation with her in that particular language.

Introduce new topics every week to her
Every week, you will need to introduce new topics to your helper to grow a strong vocabulary within no time. If there is a neighboring helper, allow her to join in the conversation when you and your helper are conversing in the language you are teaching her. It might be very challenging for both of you and your helper. But with time, the practice session becomes fun and more comfortable to process.

Where necessary, ensure that you correct her mistakes
You must correct her whenever she makes mistakes. It is only through guidance and correction that you can help her learn the target language. In the initial time, you might think that it will make her confident when you overlook her mistakes, but most of the time, it could backfire.

Once her goals are set, it becomes easier for her growth in the language that is targeted. It is okay to track her growth whenever you see her lagging. You can give her goals, such as reading books or making a speech in the kids' language. Regularity is one of the things that your helper has to maintain. If she does regular studies, she will learn very fast, and within a shorter period, she will be fluent in the language.
