There are days that slips by so quickly that I realize I haven't stood up for nearly 5 hours! Give yourself a break: go to the bathroom, grab coffee from the lounge, just take a loop around the office! Standing and walking is so important and it will get your blood pumping again so you can focus on your work.

I'm always walking back and forth to the kitchen for tea/water. It keeps me awake!

I have to do this...which is why I switch work positions every few hours or run out to do some tasks. great adviceee~~
