These Crockpot Asian Meatballs use chili sauce as their base with the addition of ginger, honey, soy, sesame oil and Sriracha. A combination of sweet and spicy. All in all - the best of both worlds :D Ingredients: - 1 lb. ground turkey - 3/4 c. panko - 1 egg - 1 tsp. salt - 1 tsp. pepper - 1 1/2 c. chili sauce - 3 Tbs. rice vinegar - 1 1/2 Tbs. honey - 1 tsp. Sriracha - 1 tsp. five spice powder - 1 clove garlic, minced - 2 Tbs. ground fresh ginger - 2 Tbs. soy sauce - 2 tsp. sesame seed oil - 1 Tbs. water - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/2 tsp. pepper - 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbs. sesame seeds Directions: 1) In a bowl, combine the turkey, panko, egg, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper. Form into meatballs. Make small-sized meatballs for an appetizer or medium-sized for a meal. 2) In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add meatballs to large bowl and gently stir to coat meatballs. 3) Add to crockpot and cook on low 5-6 hours or until done and sauce is thicker. 4) Enjoy!
