Ingredients: -1 cup blueberries -1 cup strawberries -1 cup homemade almond milk (or milk of your choice) -1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or plain) -1 tablespoon bee pollen (optional) Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds. Drink it outside and breathe in the fresh, spring air!!

@Nisfit~ not a silly question at all. Bee pollen is the actual pollen from the flowers that gets stuck on the bees legs. Honey is the liquid that bees produce from the flower nectar that they collect. Does this help? They both have several benefits. Honey is a great option to put in this smoothie as well. Bee pollen can sometimes be easier to work with. Especially if you want to put some in your cereal or salads, etc.
This may be a silly question, but how is bee pollen different from honey?

@curateyoga Never heard about bee pollen. Is it a liquid form? I usually eat honey sticks on really long bike rides, but I would consider trying something else :)
