-1 cup blueberries
-1 cup strawberries
-1 cup homemade almond milk (or milk of your choice)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or plain)
-1 tablespoon bee pollen (optional)
