Springtime Berry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients: -1 cup blueberries -1 cup strawberries -1 cup homemade almond milk (or milk of your choice) -1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or plain) -1 tablespoon bee pollen (optional) Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a blender for 30-45 seconds. Drink it outside and breathe in the fresh, spring air!!

@curateyoga Never heard about bee pollen. Is it a liquid form? I usually eat honey sticks on really long bike rides, but I would consider trying something else :)
