Meatball Sandwich with Smoked Mozarella
Ingredients: - 12 medium sized pork and veal meatballs - 2 cups of marinara sauce - 1 cup of shredded smoked mozzarella - 3 ciabatta buns, cut crosswise Directions: 1) Place the meatballs and marinara sauce into your slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours. 2) Spread marinara sauce on one half of the ciabatta bun. 3) Top with 4 meatballs. 4) Add shredded mozzarella and top with the other half of the ciabatta bun. 5) Broil the sandwich to melt the cheese and toast the bread a little. 6) Enjoy!

@samrusso716 i love the exact numbers of meatballs hahaha but i guess 4 is enough for one sandwich! but do you think there's a way to fasten the cooking of meatball a little bit? i mean for a quick easy meal what do you think about just kind of simply put the meatball and sauce on a pan and kind of mix them around on low heat for maybe 20-30 min?
