@cityofkyle hopefully stress eating healthy things! eating junk food makes me even more stressed because it makes me feel like i need to work it off but I dont have the time!

@cheerfulcallie Rest is really important after a stressful day but I find that cooling down with yoga or even just a good stretch makes a world of difference
